About: Dr. Neal Hughes serves as the Director of Missions for the Montgomery Baptist Association, returning to the role after eleven years with the North American Mission Board as South Region Director. He has pastored churches in Alabama, Georgia, and Texas and holds degrees from Samford, Southwestern Seminary, and Liberty University, where he earned his D.Min. with distinction in Church Revitalization. Neal is passionate about leadership development, church history, and SEC football, and he and his wife, Mary, have three adult children and two grandchildren. His life verse is Philippians 3:10.
